City Chatter Terms of Use Agreement
This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for accessing and using the CityChatter Local Online Town Square Website (the "Website"). Entire Agreement
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CityChatter regarding your use of the CityChatter Website and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written.
